What is Phototherapy?
The science of phototherapy, which has been around for about 100 years, uses light to improve the health of the body. As far back as two thousand years ago, the ancient Greeks had a center for studying the effects of different colored lights on the body. X39 is worn on clean, dry skin for up to 12 hours, usually during the day, and then removed. Two common placements are on the neck at the base of the hairline or just below the navel, though the right spot can change depending on what you are focused on. Each patch is single use. We go through placement with you during the consult rather than leaving you with the instructions on the box.
