What is Phototherapy?

Where do you place an X39 patch, and how long do you wear it?
X39 is worn on clean, dry skin for up to 12 hours, usually during the day, and then removed. Two common placements are on the neck at the base of the hairline or just below the navel, though the right spot can change depending on what you are focused on. Each patch is single use. We go through placement with you during the consult rather than leaving you with the instructions on the box.
