Preparing for your Permanent Cosmetics appointment

Thank you for choosing VAULT COSMETICS @ Prodigo for your cosmetic enhancements and

fine line tattoos. Please review, print, and sign all required forms that pertain to your appointment before your appointment so we can answer any questions you may have. 

Before Your Appointment (All Clients)

• Review "Can I Get a Cosmetic Enhancement" document. Some clients may
• require medical clearance or pre-medication.
• Do not consume coffee/alcohol on the day of your procedure
• Avoid alcohol the night before.
• Stop using Retinols and exfoliating acids in the treatment area for 1 week prior to
• your appointment.

Photos to Email

Please email photos to vaultprodigo@gmail.com with your name and appointment date/time

in the subject line if you are:

• A new Brow client (with or without previous brow tattoos)
• A Lip client with existing lip tattooing
• An Eyeliner client with existing eyeliner tattooing
• An SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) client showing the area of concern
• A Scar Camouflage client showing the scar(s)

Lip Clients

• Lightly exfoliate and moisturize your lips for 3 days before your appointment.
• Chapped lips cannot be tattooed.
• If you have a history of cold sores or shingles, take the prescribed antiviral medication (Valtrex, Lysine, Valaciclovir, Famciclovir, etc.) 1 week before and 1 week after your procedure.

Eyeliner Clients

• Arrive with no eye makeup, mascara, or lash extensions.
• Remove contact lenses and bring your glasses for the drive home.
• Stop using lash growth serums 1 week before and after your procedure each session.
• You may resume use 2 weeks after your final session.

SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) Clients

• Lightly exfoliate and moisturize the scalp for 3 days before your appointment.
• Dry, flaky, or irritated skin cannot be tattooed.

Fine Line Tattoo Clients

• Email your design ideas or inspiration to vaultprodigo@gmail.com after scheduling.
• Fine line tattoos are done in black pigment only, with limited shading.
• Clients must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian present to consent.
• A non-refundable deposit will be take at scheduling for design fee.

Scar Camouflage Clients

• After reviewing your photos, one of our artists will contact you if additional information is needed.
