Tales from the Inner Vault

A New Year, A Grounded Evolution

June 3, 2026

As we welcome 2026, I wanted to take a moment to share something meaningful. Over the past year, we’ve experienced an incredible influx of new clients, while continuing to be deeply supported by the client family who has stood with us for years. Because of this growth, it feels important to clearly communicate who we are, what we offer, and where we’re headed — while always honoring the foundation that made this possible.

Since the beginning of my ownership in late 2019, the business has undergone a profound evolution. Over the last six years, I’ve learned an extraordinary amount through both challenge and success.

With that in mind, I’d like to re-introduce / re-brand

Vault | Prodigo.

The building and property we occupy are not simply a location — they have become a portal. A space intentionally designed to support community, restoration, and healing in a world that often keeps us overstimulated, overworked, and chronically unwell, while offering little time or space to recover.

Over the past six months, I’ve spoken frequently about NSR — Nervous System Reset. This is not a trend or wishful thinking; it’s science. Our nervous system governs anxiety, muscle tension, emotional regulation, premature aging, and overall function in daily life. Intentional human touch helps regulate the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. When that care is delivered by practitioners who are skilled, present, and genuinely invested in you, the effects can be profound and long-lasting.

Our team is here to educate, support, and guide you through questions surrounding your wellness. While we do not present ourselves as doctors or nurses, we carry a different — and equal value — education in the human body, nervous system, and spirit.

In 2021, we installed The Vault in the back building — a space dedicated to cosmetic tattooing and, more recently, fine line tattooing.

Much like nervous system work, tattooing can be deeply restorative. A tattoo may serve as a memorial, a reminder, or a marker in time. It can be a word, a symbol, or an image that grounds us — something we see daily that reminds us who we are and where we’ve been.

Tattooing is an ancient practice that has evolved tremendously. Within my work, cosmetic tattooing holds just as much meaning. I’ve tattooed eyebrows for clients with alopecia, created scalp pigmentation for thinning hair, performed lip blushing and scar camouflage for women who found it painful to look at their own reflection, restored skin tone to acne scarring, and created brows and eyeliner for women who no longer have the steadiness to apply makeup themselves.

Whatever your reason is — it is your reason. And I am honored that you trust me to facilitate that process.

Looking ahead to the coming months, we are quietly building what’s next.

Within our skincare department, we are expanding into treatments that marry science-based modalities with the organic, holistic results we’ve always believed in — where innovation and intention meet, not compete.

We are also preparing to introduce new products that we truly believe are game-changers — designed to address inflammation in the body and support its natural ability to regulate and heal itself, without harsh chemicals or added complexity in your daily routine.

We offer complimentary consultations and for those who return to the same services regularly, we also offer service-based memberships designed to support consistency while offering meaningful savings. Long-term care should be both intentional and accessible.

As Vault | Prodigo continues to evolve, what has always mattered most remains unchanged: integrity, skilled hands, and genuine care for the people who walk through our doors. Growth does not mean losing our grounding — it means refining it.

We were never meant to be just a place you visit. It is a space designed to support regulation, restoration, and reflection. What we offer is not rushed and never one-size-fits-all. It is thoughtful, practiced, and rooted in care.

Thank you for being part of this community. We are honored to hold this work, and even more honored to share it with you.

With care and gratitude,

Kelly
