24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling for all services. 

$25 per service will be charged if 24 hours is not observed. 

$100 non-refundable deposit for PMU & Lashes Your deposit will be applied to  your service at appt. 

24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice to reschedule will result in loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule, as that appt. time will not be able to be filled on such short notice. 

Deposit for Hair Extensions due at consult. Cost varies and will reflect the "look" to be achieved. This deposit covers the cost of hair and is non-refundable. Cost of hair is separate from install of extensions. 

All product sales are final. We will process a return if the product is unopened for a credit, with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase.  Opened/used products cannot be returned. 

Cash and Venmo.

We have lockers, robes and slippers available for spa clients. There is a quiet sitting room to relax before & after spa services. Water, coffee, tea & wine are always offered!

 We strive to make our spa an escape from the everyday noise of life. Please make sure your cell phones are on SILENT. Cell phones are NOT allowed in any treatment rooms during a service. No children, please. 

Discounted Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for discounted retail sales. (i.e. Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day).
