Policy

Cancellation policy as of January 12, 2009. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so before 6:00pm the evening before your appointment. Any same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge to your credit card or will be deducted from an existing gift card you may have. You will need a credit card to book multiple appointments, any appointment over $100, and all group appointment.

Please arrive at Prodigo Day Spa fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so polish can be chosen, change of clothing (if necessary), or any paperwork can be taken care of at that time. Prodigo Day Spa cannot extend time for late arrivals. The full charge will be applied for the scheduled treatment.

We do not permit the use of cell phones in the spa. Please silence or turn off your phone in consideration of other clients.

Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa quests' right to privacy and serenity. DO NOT bring small children in unless they have an appointment. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter!

Payments can be made in cash, check, or credit card. For your convenience we accept Visa and Master Card It is customary to extend a 20% gratuity to your technician. Gratuity will be accepted in cash or check, Sorry we cannot add gratuity to credit card transactions at this time.
